Treating Acne with Acne Medicines

Many teenagers and even adult people suffer from problem of acne. Acne is very common especially among teenagers and if right treatment is not taken, they can become a severe problem.
 
Acne can be caused by various reasons, the common ones being too spicy and fried food and hormonal imbalances. Oral contraceptives are used for long term acne treatment and works by suppressing the sebaceous gland which produces essential oils for skin. They have some repercussions on health like blood clots, heart attacks and strokes. So, a lot of precaution and care is required while taking oral contraceptive acne medicines.
